Adding Friends and Family To Your Royal Caribbean Reservations
If you’re thinking of traveling on a Royal Caribbean cruise with family and friends, you can add them to your reservation in just a few simple steps.
With just a few clicks, you will have your entire party booked on the same ship, sharing the experience and memories together!
Log into Your Account.
To add your friends and family to your reservation, you will first need to log into your account.
Once you have logged in, select the “My Reservations” tab and find the one associated with the cruise you are booking.
Click on it, then select the “Edit” button to make any necessary edits.
On this page, click on the “Add Travelers” button and follow the instructions that appear next.
Select Your Cruise and Reservation Details.
On the next page, you will need to select your cruise and provide details about the reservation such as who it is
for, how many people are traveling, and which staterooms will be occupied.
Once you have filled out all of the pertinent information, click “Next” to move on to the next step in adding
friends and family members to your Royal Caribbean reservation.
Create a Stateroom Group for Your Family and Friends.
Once you have finished adding all the information to your reservation, it is time to organize the staterooms for your family and friends.
If you are all traveling together in the same stateroom group, simply click “Create Stateroom Group” from the
home page of your booking process.
This will allow everyone in the group to access each other’s reservations and book activities as a single group.
Add Each Person to Your Group & Customize Payment Options for Each Guest in Your Cabin.
You can add family and friends to your group one at a time. Click “Add a Guest”, enter basic guest information, choose from the different payment options, and add special requests (like assisting disabled guests) if necessary.
Once complete, you will be able to view everyone in the stateroom group with their complete reservations and payment details. You can also customize the payment preferences for each person (split the cost evenly or assign specific payments). This will allow your family or friends to make their own adjustments to their reservations while
they remain part of a larger group booking.
